Talented Recruiting is a specialized product, design, and engineering recruitment company looking to expand our team! We source candidates for senior, executive or other highly specialized positions in organizations across the Bay Area. We are a small, but mighty team and we pride ourselves on delivering the best talent to our clients.
As a Talent Sourcer/Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruiting process which entails sourcing and screening candidates, generating new leads, and developing rapport with our top notch clients.
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source top tier candidates.
Strategically source by using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, our internal database, and any other resources to find potential candidates.
Develop an understanding of business needs; create appropriate criteria and execute introductory interviewing prior to candidate submission.
Evaluate candidates qualifications and strengths through pre-screen calls and develop a strong recruiter-candidate relationship rapport.
Work closely with the CEO and Team Members to support client recruiting needs and match the right candidate to those requirements.
Stay on top of evolving industry trends, best practices and innovative sourcing streams.
Getting out there and networking with the community!
A college graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Enthusiastic, competitive, and self-motivated with an impressive work ethic; you can work independently and effectively.
Great organizational and communication skills; someone who values attention to detail, constant collaboration and feedback.
Strong ability to multitask.
The desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
