About Talented Recruiting

Hi, I’m Danielle Marie, founder of Talented Recruiting.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve helped build Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM teams at some of the most ambitious startups and growth-stage companies out there — partnering with visionary founders, high-performing leadership teams, and companies navigating rapid growth and transformation.

I started Talented Recruiting in 2014 after seeing firsthand how difficult great hiring can be — and how profoundly the right people can shape the trajectory of a company.

Today, we partner with startups and scaling companies to support foundational hires, executive search, and embedded talent partnerships designed to help teams grow thoughtfully and effectively. We frequently operate as an embedded extension of internal talent teams, working directly inside modern recruiting workflows and systems, including Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, and Gem.

We also leverage AI-powered sourcing and research tools to support highly targeted searches across competitive talent markets — combining modern recruiting technology with high-touch candidate and founder partnerships.

More than 85% of our placements remain in their roles for 3+ years. To me, that reflects something deeper than retention: thoughtful alignment between people, leadership, culture, and long-term opportunity.
